Fitting: Place the ear cups over the ears. Adjust the headband by sliding the head-band up or down at the adjustment points. The ear cushions should seal firmly against the head.
May also be worn with the headband to the rear of the head with an optional Velcro strap over the head to support the headphones. This allows the wearing of a hard-hat or bump-cap.
