Kidde Products Limited is a leading manufacturer of advanced fire protection equipment, comprising some of the best known and most trusted brands in the fire industry.

Kidde formed in 2002 by the amalgamation of several top UK fire equipment manufacturing companies owned by Kidde plc.

The Challenge

Kidde Products required a reliable two-way TourGuide System that would be easy to setup and operate; purchased from a knowledgeable and credible provider.

In addition they needed a supplier who could also provide solid after sales care such as training, support and maintenance of the system.

Kidde employees work in a noisy environment, so it was crucial that the system would work in these conditions and had ear defender headsets.

The Solution

Following a detailed review of Kidde’s requirements, a Two-Way 10-unit Williams Sound Digi-Wave TourGuide System was recommended and supplied.

TourGuide Systems organised the shipping of the pre- prepared system and project managed the installation with Kidde on time and within budget.
